This Virtual Homework Week is a chance to practice homework techniques with Wyatt Shutt for 90 minutes a day for 6 days in a row. This week will focus on skills towards Lotus postures. When we work on postures every day, with careful and persistent technique, it doesn’t take long before we start to see progress and development. Our intention is to empower you with techniques and then support you to practice them daily. You do not need to be able to do a Lotus in order to participate in this week.
Many people take on Jedi training as a lifestyle and do it as part of their regular practice. JFC is guaranteed to inspire your practice and support you to move forward. All levels are welcome, although participants must be ready and willing to commit to 90 minutes of homework per day. In addition to the 90 minutes of homework, we will take a yoga class each day. NOTE: recordings of the homework sessions will be available to all participants in an effort to cater to students whose time zone may not work well with the training schedule.
Venue
This training will be done online. Participants will receive links to attend the homework sessions and classes via Zoom. Additionally, participants will receive materials to begin their preparation for the training as soon as they register.
